Min Jeong Lim – Senior Director, Translational Science

Min Jeong Lim is Senior Director of Translational Science at AcuraStem, where she leads efforts to integrate cutting-edge translational strategies into the company’s therapeutic programs. She plays a key role in aligning preclinical insights with clinical development, advancing biomarker strategies and translational approaches that support the successful progression of drug candidates from bench to bedside.

With over 20 years of experience in translational research, Min has contributed to more than a dozen IND filings and supported biomarker development for over 15 clinical trials across rare disease, gene therapy, immunology, and oncology. At AcuraStem, she is instrumental in shaping translational plans that de-risk clinical development and inform regulatory strategy.

Prior to joining AcuraStem, Min served as Head of Biomarkers at Entrada Therapeutics, where she built and led translational and biomarker strategy for early-phase clinical programs. She has held leadership roles at Avrobio, Agenus, and Agensys. Min holds a deep passion for bridging discovery and clinical application, leveraging multi-omics approaches and data-driven decision-making to accelerate the delivery of transformative therapies to patients.
